Founded in 2003, the CBL Group is committed to providing high quality industrial products to high-end customers around the world. The Group has subsidiaries in manufacturing, construction, the medical industry, the training industry, and in gaming. At present, the Group has four production bases in China with more than 1000 employees worldwide. The Group strictly implements Six Sigma and lean manufacturing, and has passed ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14000 certifications. The Group is involved in a diverse range of manufacturing and services including the manufacture of hospital beds, patient transfer equipment and related medical devices, train and office seats, fire and security equipment and products and technology related to the gaming industry. The CBL Group is also involved in the modular building industry, operates its’ own school for nurse and carer training and has a clean room for surgical medical products. The CBL Group has a technology division to enable connectivity of products and devices to the internet, and a software division to enable analytics and automated functions from this activity.

For the medical industry the CBL Group has established three major production bases in Guangzhou, Zhuhai and Hubei, and established a medical products design company in Australia. The design and development is completed by a professional international team engaged in medical device design for more than 25 years. All developed products comply with local standards and international certifications such as IEC, FDA and CE. In 2014, the group began to make innovations in Internet of Things. utiliti systems was created in 2016 with the joint efforts of domestic and foreign professional teams being engaged in Internet of Things applications. With experience in telecoms, medical and consumer products connectivity utiliti now boasts a client base of major companies in China and abroad. utiliti connectivity and analytics have provided efficiencies to clients including remote patient monitoring in hospitals and care homes, equipment and maintenance management in factories and in the field, effective distribution for express delivery clients to the management of inventory in the FMCG industry. With major clients in the telecoms industry projects have included service and asset management and cable management and build systems. For the gaming industry utiliti has provided connected solutions for asset management, security and tracking systems, and table montoring and display equipment.
In 2017, the CBL group initiated its’ plans for the aged care industry based on the cornerstones of the group: Education, manufacturing, technology and service. By cooperating TAFE NSW the leading care training organization of the Government of New South Wales, Australia, CBL established a Care Training college to train the highest standards of professional care and by setting up the community care centers and online operations platforms and software. While currently focused on the Chinese aged care industry, many elements of this unique service will be exported to support technology and professional aged care facilities internationally.
